The NIQUA SUPER Q® tool steel cone burs “24” are specifically developed for precise and controlled work on soft precious metals and alloys. Their conical shape allows accurate machining of inner contours, recesses and transitions – wherever defined geometry and clean lines are essential.
In jewellery manufacturing, this cone shape is primarily used for preparing and refining stone seats, adjusting settings, and executing fine engraving or modelling work. The tapered geometry enables controlled material removal – from pinpoint accuracy to smooth transitions. This is particularly important when opening settings or refining delicate structures.
