We deliver within Germany as well as to numerous European and international destinations.

Available shipping methods and shipping charges depend in particular on the destination country, shipping zone and shipment weight. The exact shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

All shipping charges include applicable VAT where required.

For parcels weighing up to 20 kg, the following shipping rates currently apply:

The exact shipping charge applicable to your order is calculated according to the destination country and shipment weight and will be displayed before you complete your order at checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges.

These charges are not collected by us, are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Bulky Goods and Special Shipping

Separate shipping charges and delivery times may apply to bulky, particularly heavy or other items that cannot be shipped using our standard parcel services.

These charges will be calculated individually and communicated during checkout or upon request.

Delivery Times

The delivery times stated above refer to the regular transit time after the goods have been dispatched.

For advance-payment orders, processing begins after receipt of payment. For other payment methods, processing begins after successful completion of the order or payment confirmation.

Deliveries generally do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

If an order contains several products with different delivery times, the delivery time for the entire order may be based on the product with the longest delivery time if the products are shipped together.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. No shipping charges apply to orders collected in person.

Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed at checkout. Depending on the destination country and availability, these may include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
