Payment Terms

The available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Shipping Conditions

We deliver our products worldwide.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs include applicable statutory VAT.

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and weight:

  • DPD (parcel up to 31 kg): €5.70
  • DHL parcel: €7.99

The shipping method can be selected during checkout.

Bulky Goods (Germany)

Bulky items requiring freight forwarding incur additional shipping costs.

These costs are calculated individually and will be communicated upon request or during the checkout process.
Bulky goods are clearly marked in the respective product description.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated individually and will be transparently displayed during checkout or provided upon request.

Please note:
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Bulky Goods (International)

For bulky goods shipped internationally, individual shipping costs apply and will be provided upon request or during checkout.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Germany: usually 2–5 business days
  • International deliveries: usually 5–7 business days

The delivery period begins:

  • in the case of advance payment: after receipt of payment
  • for other payment methods: upon conclusion of the contract

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Collection (Pick-up)

Collection of goods is possible by prior arrangement.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
No shipping costs will be charged for collection.

Additional Payment Information

When paying by credit card, your account will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
