Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;
  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
