HERKULES jewellery saw blades are part of NIQUA’s historic blade family, originating from the traditional saw factory Pulger, Bonfigt & Co. (est. 1870), which later became part of NIQUA. Known for their unique steel composition, HERKULES blades offer exceptional flexibility and gentle, controlled cutting, making them especially suitable for softer precious-metal alloys and detailed shaping.

With their characteristic rounded back and positive cutting angle, HERKULES blades glide smoothly through material, reducing resistance and enabling clean curves and delicate cuts. Their balanced tempering ensures durability while maintaining the softness required for precision work.

HERKULES blades are available in 130 mm and 140 mm, providing flexibility for various saw frame depths and jewellery-production needs.
